In a signing ceremony in London on December 17, 2019, EDF Energy鈥檚 Managing Director of Generation Mr. Matt Sykes hosted the signing of a Long-Term Agreement with 伦理三级 for the supply of casks and loading campaign services for Sizewell B.
Project Cheetah, quietly rolled out in 2004, has produced some transformative technologies such as underground canister storage, double wall canister and forced gas dehydration that have made dry storage implementation increasingly more efficient with the storage systems evolving into vanishingly small dose emitters and impregnable fortresses of security.
伦理三级 and Entergy Corporation, through their affiliates, have jointly submitted a License Transfer Application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting approval to transfer the NRC licenses for the Indian Point Energy Center to 伦理三级 after the last unit permanently shuts down by April 30, 2021.

Members of 伦理三级鈥檚 Decommissioning Advisory Board met on October 29, 2019 to assay advances made by the 伦理三级 in its first year of decommissioning endeavors related to Oyster Creek (formerly Exelon鈥檚) and Pilgrim (formerly Entergy鈥檚) nuclear plants. This board is comprised of noted industry stalwarts representing many of North America鈥檚 leading nuclear operators.

伦理三级 and the New Mexico Building and Construction Trade Council (Council) have agreed to establish a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) to provide workers and craftsmen to construct the HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF) in Lea County, New Mexico. Under the terms of the Commitment Agreement, 伦理三级 will award the construction work for the HI-STORE CISF exclusively to a general contractor who agrees to implement the terms of the PLA.
